Meet the Owners

Mark Brady Roofing is owner run, and that is not a detail we take lightly. Glen Curtis owns the company and is on your roof himself, inspecting it, quoting the job, and making sure it goes on right. You are not handed off to a salesperson and a crew you never meet.


Mark Brady. Mark grew up in Malden and started this company here in 1986. He built it the slow way, on referrals from neighbors and repeat customers who called him back years later for the next roof. The standards he set are the ones we still work to.


Glen Curtis. Glen came to work with Mark more than twenty years ago, learned the trade on these same roofs, and owns the company today. He inspects the roof, writes the estimate, and is there while the work happens.


Between them they bring 65 years of hands-on roofing experience to every job. That is the reason the details get done right, the flashing, the valleys, the ventilation, the parts of a roof most homeowners never see but that decide whether it lasts.

Our Story

Mark Brady grew up in Malden and started the company here in 1986, working out of his own truck and building the business the only way that lasts, one neighbor telling another. Glen Curtis came to work with Mark more than twenty years ago, learned the trade on these same roofs, and owns the company today. Not much has changed about how it runs. The name on the truck still belongs to somebody who is up on the roof.

Forty years in one community teaches you that reputation is everything. These are the things we do not compromise on:
